SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Creative + Development teams to create
  renderings and artwork for highcaliber retail programs


• Conceptualize designs with understanding of each client's
  tastes, needs, and market trends, maintaining consistency
  throughout the entire project


• Create tech-packs, set up die lines, and render accessory and
  packaging concepts


• Ability to execute design tasks quickly and efficiently


• Display high-level of accuracy and attention for details in
  artwork delivery


• Ability to relentlessly collaborate while also working
  independently on several different projects at once


• Exercise judgment in prioritizingand maintaining multiple
  projects to meet project deadlines


• Highly organized in maintaining production files, ensuring all
  files and elements are easy to locate for multiple team
  members


• Ability toillustrate and design in multiple styles to ensure
  the product is always evolving

Requirements:

• Must be able to work full-time out of twelveNYC's Dumbo HQ


• Must have 4-6 years of working experience


• Must be fluent in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, as
  proven in portfolio


• Strong understanding of brand guidelines + consistency with the
  ability to solve complex problems through effective design


• Strong background in illustration


• Proficient experience in renderings/mockups and use of the
  Pantone color system


• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and print techniques


• Creative thinker who is able to handle critique, listen to
  direction, and multiple changes to art


• Demonstrate excellent creativity, oral and written
  communication, listening, and technical design skills


• Must be flexible, open-minded, and respond well to quickly
  changing priorities as necessary


• Detail obsessed, solutions-based, and time management
  savvy


• A pulse on the latest market trends with a passion for all
  things beauty, fashion, and retail


• Ability to work after-hours + on different time zones when
  necessary


• Inspired by product design and interest to tell stories through
  tangible products
