Automotive Reconditioning Technician
A-Level Preferred

$30 - $40 per Hour Dependent on Experience

A leading Automotive Dealership in the greater Greensboro, NC area is seeking to hire skilled Recon Technicians with a keen eye for detail to help ensure their pre-owned inventory is in top-notch condition for our customers. A-Level experience is preferred, but all skilled Service Technicians will be considered.

Responsibilities - Reconditioning Technician:

• Inspect and recondition pre-owned vehicles to meet dealership and manufacturer standards
• Perform minor bodywork, paint touch-ups, buffing, and detailing
• Identify and address any cosmetic or mechanical issues before vehicles are listed for sale
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician required
• A-Level preferred
• ASE and/or other Factory Certification is a plus
• North Carolina State Vehicle Inspection qualification is a plus!
• Be prepared to work extended hours when necessary to achieve goals.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Computer skills
• Must supply own tools (special/job-specific tools and equipment provided by dealership)
