We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant for our Medspa in Trumbull/Oxford available to start immediately. Our open days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in medical setting.

Job Expectations:
• Assist in various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables, skincare treatments.
• Check-in and check out clients.
• Perform Phlebotomy
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are well-stocked and sanitized.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Handle clients inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and courtesy.


Requirements:
• Positive work attitude with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• Exceptional reliability to accommodate a busy schedule, including minimal cancellations and days off.
• Proficiency in computer and digital tools for record-keeping and scheduling.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
• Must be available to start immediately.
