Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician
• Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the patient's physician or the supervising RN
• Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and how to manage their conditions
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed
• Document patient care and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

**Areas that we cover include: Harrisburg, Middletown, Hummelstown, Hershey, Camp Hill, Carlisle, York, and Lebanon PA.**
