Previous experience working with clients in their homes, assisted living or nursing facility etc
High school degree or Diploma
Must have your own transportation.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.


. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide non-medical companionship and assistance with household tasks for clients wishing to maintain independence in their own home.
Your Responsibilities would include:
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Laundry
• Bathing and toileting assistance, and personal care
• Performing home management functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning.
• Documenting services provided
• Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle physical aspects of job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing.
•Transportation
• Errands / Shopping
Responsible for reporting any change in the client's condition to the Director/ Manager.
Treat clients with respect and dignity, and comply with HIPAA regulations regarding privacy and confidential health information.
