Responsibilities

• Complete daily and weekly production assignments efficiently, including irrigation system service, repairs, and modifications.
• Schedule and monitor daily and weekly workloads to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage inventory and maintain clean and organized equipment and vehicles.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally conscious manner.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Supervise and train maintenance crews on basic irrigation system functions to support peak seasonal demands.
• Complete accurate timesheets and other required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Valid NC Driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in irrigation system maintenance and repair is preferred.

Compensation

Pay Range: $18 to $25.00+ hourly (depending on experience)
