Valid and current L.V.N./L.P.T. license.

Be able to work with the developmental disabled

Criminal record clearance from D.O.J./D.H.S.

Mature and emotionally stable

Ability to function as a member of a team

Ability to effectively supervise non-licensed staff while on duty

Ability to effectively communicate with facility R.N. and physician, and other professionals as needed

Good documentation skills

Physically able to perform the essentials of the job

Pass routine and PRN medications and/ or G-tube feeding as specified in Physician's orders.

Administer routine and PRN treatment orders as specified in Physicians orders.

Follow and carry out individual client's

Follow and carry out individual client's nursing care plan.
