Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement play-based, developmentally appropriate lessons.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress.
• Mentor and support assistant teachers.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications:
• Experience in early childhood education.
• Passion for child development and play-based learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
