We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work across a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the design and project management of civil projects
2. Prepare tender submissions, cost planning, and project estimates
3. Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards
4. Assist with site inspections, site reports, and overall site coordination
5. Maintain detailed construction records, manage subcontractors and suppliers
6. Adhere to QA and WHS standards, ensuring safety and compliance
7. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders
8. 
   

What We’re Looking For

1. 2–3 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry
2. Solid understanding of local council and TMR standards
3. Proven track record in residential, commercial, and industrial projects
4. Experience in stormwater and wastewater design (advantageous)
5. Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ARD
6. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
7. Familiar with project management software
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Passion for growth and career progression
