Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Engineer to manage the IT systems and provide technical support across the company. The successful candidate will oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems, assist with the implementation of IT policies, and ensure seamless connectivity across our office and remote worksites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Level 1 and 2 support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues
2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, routers, and mobile devices
3. Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and internal server health
4. Administer email systems, user accounts, and backups
5. Support the integration of GPS and telematics systems used in our fleet
6. Liaise with third-party vendors for escalated issues and project implementation
7. Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions for internal records
8. Assist in IT security, data protection, and compliance with company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or systems administration
3. Hands-on experience with Windows environments, Office 365, and network devices
4. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills
5. Ability to prioritise tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced, field-oriented business

Desirable Skills:

1. Familiarity with transport-specific software and vehicle telematics
2. Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and data protection best practices
3. Experience supporting remote access and mobile device management
