Position Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. As the Architectural Draftsperson, you will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, liaise with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and support project delivery. The role involves a diverse range of duties as outlined below:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare concept designs, planning drawings, working drawings, and construction details using AutoCAD and Revit.

· Develop documentation for council planning approvals, ensuring compliance with building codes and zoning laws.

· Revise drawings based on client feedback and regulatory standards.

· Liaise with Sales Consultants, Contract Administrators, Engineers, Council Authorities, and other stakeholders.

· Draft and verify plans for accuracy and design consistency.

· Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and meet project deadlines.

· Ensure adherence to WHS and EEO policies.

· Stay updated with building regulations and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Architectural Studies (or a related qualification).
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
3. Strong leadership, collaboration, and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in drafting and design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
6. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.
