We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in Perth, WA. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a company at the forefront of research innovation, product development, and global supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and manage strategic marketing campaigns across digital and print channels

•Create and maintain engaging content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms (including Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn)

•Manage and optimise e-commerce websites (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, custom-code) for a product catalogue of over 1,500 SKUs

•Write and optimise website content, blogs, and product descriptions for SEO using keyword strategy, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

•Produce high-quality product photography and videography using professional equipment and post-production software

•Design graphics, print collateral, product catalogues, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, Lightroom), CorelDraw and Canva

•Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance using insights to optimise future campaigns

•Plan and implement product launches, advertising campaigns, and email marketing using platforms such as Constant Contact

•Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, management) to align marketing efforts with business goals

•Apply basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customise website content and layouts

•Experiment with emerging technologies including basic 3D modelling for use in AR/VR content

•Implement AI driven efficiencies wherever possible.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

•Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital and content marketing

•Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and large-scale e-commerce content

•Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for design, video editing, and layout

• Experience with Constant Contact, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business, and LinkedIn Ads

•Strong understanding of user behaviour, market research, and consumer engagement

•Excellent written communication skills for copywriting and long-form content

•Adaptable, proactive, and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage projects independently

•Interest in or familiarity with the scientific or medical product industry is a bonus
