Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the allocation of staff, workspace, and office resources to ensure efficiency.
• Delegate tasks to employees and oversee their performance to maintain productivity.
• Maintain and oversee office records, financial accounts, and administrative documentation.
• Communicate with professionals and external stakeholders to support business operations and problem-solving.
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked and properly maintained.
• Uphold workplace health and safety standards in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all office operations comply with relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, staff development, payroll processing, and performance management.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- A minimum of Diploma-level qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or a related field OR at least three years of relevant work experience in office management.
