???? Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end product experience, from ideation and user research, to polished UI and shipped features.

This is a hands-on role with high ownership. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and the CEO to ensure Blossom continues to be a delightful and intuitive product for our users!

We’re launching new features every 3 weeks, so this is a fast paced position where your creative ideas will turn into real features being used by tens of thousands of users very quickly!

You’ll be our first full-time design hire — taking the lead on product design, user experience, and visual direction across our app. You’ll shape how design works at Blossom and lay the foundation for our future design team as we scale toward 1M+ users.

????? What You’ll Do

– Lead product design and design the UX and UI flows across Blossom’s mobile and web platforms — from ideation to implementation
– Create high-quality designs in Figma with clear documentation for our dev team
– Collaborate with our development team to ensure design specs are clear and implemented correctly
– Own and evolve Blossom’s design system and keep us organized as we grow fast. Drive design consistency across our product
– Establish design systems, workflows, and best practices that will scale as the team grows

? You’re a Great Fit If You…

– Have 3+ years of product design experience, ideally at a startup or in a consumer-facing app
– Master with Figma, mobile design patterns, and modern design systems
– Have been the first or only designer on a team and loved the ownership
– Have expertise creating intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces for complex data-driven applications
– Thrive in zero-to-one environments and love shipping fast
– Know how to balance user needs and technical constraints
– Are deeply curious about investing and personal finance — even if you’re just getting started

– $110,000 CAD annual salary + equity
