We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee our daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations, supporting senior management, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations
- Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks appropriately
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for staff and executives
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and budgeting processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
Required Skills and Experience:
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Office Manager or administrative leadership role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, or basic accounting is highly regarded
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
