Brumby’s Go south Hedland Bakery (Port Hedland Pty Ltd)) is looking for full-time retail manager. The Brumby’s Go South Hedland Bakery is a well-established bakery located in South Hedland, WA, is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our team. This position requires a Commitment of at least 38 Hours per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the bakery store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Manage and schedule staff, ensuring adequate coverage and excellent customer service.
3. Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
4. Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and conduct regular stocktaking.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and handling customer complaints.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
7. Analyse sales data and trends to make informed business decisions and implement improvements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the food service industry.
2. Hold a minimum Diploma level qualification or relevant management certification.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
7. Passion for customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
