AIRH20 a leading provider of high-quality MECHANICAL AND HVAC services in the Melbourne area, is seeking a skilled Data entry bookkeeper or accountant to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in our BOX HILL SOUTH office and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's overall accounting functions.

What you'll be doing

1. Accurately entering and processing financial data, including invoices, payments, and expenses
2. Data Entry XERO
3. Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting team
4. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient procedures

What we're looking for

1. Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Bookkeeping, or equivalent experience
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
3. Proficiency in using accounting software, such as XERO
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Familiarity with small business accounting practices and compliance requirements
