We deliver turnkey FFE solutions nationwide, managing projects from concept to completion across student accommodation, build-to-rent properties, hotels, and government facilities.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Architectural Draftsperson to prepare architectural drawings including drawings of fittings and customised fit-outs, and collaborate with our project teams to ensure all fit-out and manufactured products meet project requirements. This is a full-time position starting August/September 2025, offering competitive compensation for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Create and review detailed architectural and fit-out drawings for accommodation, fit-out and associated customised joinery projects from initial concept through to working drawings and specifications

Prepare presentation materials and product documentation

Collaborate and liaise with our design, estimating, and project teams

Work with our proprietary project management system

Occasional site visits and client meetings

What You'll Bring

Relevant architectural qualifications preferably with full fit-out and/or customised furniture experience

Proficiency in industry software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino 3D)

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask

Excellent communication skills

Proactive problem-solving attitude

Bilingual skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) highly valued for communication with offshore team members
