Salary: $80,000 plus 12% superannuation

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, passionate about retail excellence, team development, and delivering superior service standards. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving store performance and helping customers create their dream bedroom spaces.

Minimum Requirements:

· AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma

· At least one year of experience in a similar Retail Manager role.

What you will be responsible for:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of both Snooze Auburn and Snooze Bankstown stores.

· Manage and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.

· Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.

· Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.

· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

· Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory management and ordering.

· Organise store merchandising and ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards.

· Monitor sales data and trends to forecast and plan future sales activities.

· Develop and implement staff rosters and ensure proper resource allocation.

· Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, company policies, and retail standards.

· Liaise with suppliers and head office regarding new product lines, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

· Conduct staff training sessions on products, systems, and customer service best practices.

Skills and attributes:

· Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a retail environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both team members and customers.

· Strong business acumen and the ability to drive sales and profitability.

· Knowledge of stock control, budgeting, and sales forecasting.

· Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software.

· High level of organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

· Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering quality service.

· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
