About the Role

We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator (Marketing) with fluent German language skills to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for producing engaging content for digital campaigns targeted at German-speaking audiences across Australia and globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, create, and publish compelling content (text, image, video) across social media and digital platforms
2. Develop and maintain a German-language content calendar aligned with company goals
3. Analyse performance metrics to optimise content reach and engagement
4. Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
5. Conduct market research with a focus on German-speaking communities

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

(Alternatively, substantial relevant experience as per VETASSESS/ANZSCO standards)

1. Native or fluent German language skills (verbal and written)
2. Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in digital content creation or social media marketing
3. Proficiency with CMS platforms, social media scheduling tools, and analytics software
4. Strong communication and storytelling skills
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
