With the continued growth of our business, Ghansham Imports Pty Ltd is pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for a full-time Retail Manager position.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Retail Manager to give our customers best experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To decide on product assortment and product portfolio in the warehouse.
  2. Control quantity and stocks at the store and in order to replenish them report to authorized person.
  3. In order to maintain the decided stock levels at the store invent purchase plans.
  4. Keeping the marketing strategies up to date with market demands in order to grow overall sale.
  5. To examine on which media platforms our products are being promoted and how it is been displayed, then to plan a new advertisement to increase sells.
  6. Assist the in-store customers in purchase and guide them for best suitable products according to their ask.
  7. Give assistance and explain the consumers regarding the uses of products they have purchased.
  8. To maintain data and software of available quantity of goods and required quantities and give it to purchase team.
  9. Maintaining the records of sell and purchase in order to maintain decided budget and develop the best plans for sell-purchase to get best outcome.
  10. Train new staff members and introduce them with all the policies and standards they need to maintain.
  11. Supervising juniors to make sure to give best shopping experience to our customers.
  12. Participating in recruitment process of junior positions.
  13. To make sure all the members and you own self is following the occupational health and safety regulations on job premises.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 3.5 years of experience as Retail Manager or a related field is must.
  2. Master's degree is preferred.
  3. Fluency in MS office programs suite (Excel, Word etc.).
  4. The ability to motivate and mentor your team to success through strong, active leadership.
  5. Strong organizational skills.
  6. Good communication skills for collaboration with team members and management.
  7. Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and customer service practices.
  8. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions quickly.
