Responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, taking orders, serving traditional cuisine and teas, and ensuring impeccable service. Responsibilities:

1. Set elegant dining settings reflecting Cantonese aesthetics
2. Welcome patrons, describe the chef’s features and tea rituals
3. Transmit food/drink orders to the kitchen, noting customisations
4. Present dishes ceremoniously, ensuring timely service
5. Skillfully uncork and pour teas at the tableside
6. Discreetly clear courses, maintaining table refinement
7. Refresh tea cups and sanitise surfaces between guests
8. Handle transactions using modern payment systems

Requirements:

1. 1+ year of waiter experience in hospitality
2. Refined guest management: resolve concerns with cultural sensitivity
3. Articulate English speaker—written and verbal
4. Flexible scheduling for yum cha brunches/dinner services
5. Tech-savvy: POS operations (e.g., Square) and roster software
6. Deep knowledge of Cantonese service: dish sequencing, tea service, pairing logic
7. AU Citizens/Permanent Residents encouraged
