Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year
Yes Nurses Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and support our dedicated healthcare team in New South Wales. This role is essential to ensuring our office runs smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the office including correspondence, scheduling, and communication.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining staff records and compliance.
- Oversee maintenance of files, records, and documentation relevant to nursing staff and operations.
- Liaise with clients, staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth office processes and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and order office supplies; liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Ensure all office activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications for management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative systems and support processes.
- Provide general IT and systems support, including the use of CRMs, databases, and scheduling software.
- Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews as required.

- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the healthcare sector will be an advantage.
