About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our product development team. In this role, you will lead the mechanical design, testing, and production of innovative fitness equipment. You’ll work closely with our founders, brand team, and international manufacturing partners to bring new concepts to life, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

This is a hands-on engineering role where your expertise will directly shape the next generation of training equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Designing and developing mechanical components and systems for new fitness products
2. Creating and reviewing CAD models, technical drawings, BOMs, and assembly guides
3. Leading product development from prototype through to mass production
4. Applying DFM and DFA principles to optimise manufacturability and efficiency
5. Working with suppliers (primarily in China) on tooling, sampling, and production
6. Coordinating compliance testing and certifications for global markets
7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure designs align with brand, packaging, and usability goals

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
2. 2+ years of experience in mechanical product development or manufacturing
3. Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360
4. Experience working with offshore manufacturing (China preferred)
5. Strong communication and documentation skills
6. Experience with consumer products or machinery is an advantage
7. Bonus: Spanish language skills (EU & US team collaboration )
