ICT Technical Officer will be responsible for the following:
1.Responsible to manage the inhouse telehealth platforms and workflows and ensure seamless integration of virtual care services with existing healthcare IT infrastructure, including EHRs, billing systems, patient portals, and remote patient monitoring devices and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
2.Regularly conduct detailed system analysis of the telehealth platform to understand current clinical workflows involving medication administration, order entry, nursing documentation and identify areas for improvement through technology.
3.Optimizing system configurations to enhance efficiency, patient safety, and user experience and conducting rigorous system testing to ensure functionality, data accuracy, and adherence to clinical requirements.
4.Provides technical support and troubleshooting for clinical information systems, assist the clinical staffs with software issues, connectivity problems, and user inquiries.
5.Troubleshooting technical issues with audio, connectivity, and device compatibility for both clinical staffs and patients.
6.Ensure the ongoing operation and reliability of the IT infrastructure supporting online consultations.
7.Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive patient data.
8.Implement and optimize electronic health record systems.
9.Continuously deliver training for the clinical and administrative staff on using telehealth tools and systems.
10.Create resources and support to help patients effectively use digital tools to manage their health and improve patient coordination and extend access to care.
Requirements:
1.A tertiary education in Information Technology or related field.
2.Minimum two years of relevant work experience
3.Excellent communication skills as there is a need to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
4.Strong Excellent customer service & skills.
5.Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering high quality solutions
6.Ability to learn a new technology and quick to embrace new technologies.
