Position Overview

We’re looking for an ICT Project Manager to drive the seamless rollout of our SaaS platform for restaurant chains—from local brands to multinational partners. You’ll bridge technical implementation, payment/food delivery integrations, and client success, ensuring our solutions meet market-specific needs (compliance, UX, and scalability).

Key role

Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates quality accredited ICT projects as required by our SaaS platform. Meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets with clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Execution

1. Lead SaaS deployments for restaurant brands, from scoping to launch, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
2. Adapt solutions for local compliance (taxes, payments) and cultural preferences (menu UX, loyalty programs).
3. Troubleshoot issues with Engineering/Product teams to resolve roadblocks.

2. Ecosystem & Integration Management

1. Own integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Uber Eats, DoorDash) and local payment gateways.
2. Collaborate with Product to prioritize market-specific features (e.g., multilingual support, regional reporting).

3. Client & Stakeholder Success

1. Serve as the primary liaison for clients, aligning their ops teams with our SaaS capabilities.
2. Conduct post-launch reviews to identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn risks.

4. Process Optimization

1. Refine implementation playbooks to shorten deployment cycles for future projects.
2. Mentor junior team members or local partners in key markets.

Qualifications

? 2+ years in SaaS project management, preferably in F&B tech, payments, or hospitality.

? Proven ability to navigate regional compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, local tax laws).

? Exceptional stakeholder management across time zones

? Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) are a plus.
