We are looking for an experienced and diligent Contract Administrator to join our growing team of professionals.
SKILLS:
You must have an excellent understanding of all aspects of contract administration, including:
- Preparing, reviewing, interpreting and negotiating variations to contracts, subcontracts and project agreements
- Managing contractual documentation, records, registers, correspondence and contract change requests/variations
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders (project managers, operations, finance) and external parties (suppliers, contractors, clients) to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Monitoring contract performance, deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and applicable legislation/regulations
- Analysing risks, resolving contract issues, responding to inquiries, and advising management as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, contract management systems or project administration software
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Professional presentation, punctuality and a strong work ethic
We are not looking to train someone for this position — you must have demonstrable experience in a similar, high-level contract administration role. You must be professional and take pride in your work and appearance.
We are offering a competitive salary of $75,000 – $80,000 per annum for the right candidate. Please note that this is a permanent and full-time position.
