Position: PHP Developer (End User Support)Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Contract Open for C2C
Job Description
Candidate should have good knowledge in providing the End-User Support for PHP based
Applications, secondary skills could be Symfony, Laravel, Java, Angular, MySQL.
Monitoring, first pass of Ticket Triage (analyze, diagnose and resolve) & Generation through SPOC
Analyze incident and provide details and feedback to L2
Proactive analysis of all issues & requests, identification method to prevent in future
Ensure SLA Compliance for Incidence Response & Resolution
Analyze logs, configs. & data to troubleshoot the incident and identify the cause
Coordinate crisis call, engage experts, manage Incident to resolution (Issue ownership, triage & resolution) and focus on Recovery
Deployment Support
Provide Full Support to the Level 3 team for all hands-on-deck production issues
