As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for organising and controlling the functions and resources of our head office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative systems and supporting our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and training centres, ensuring both run efficiently and professionally
- Manage administrative systems and processes, identifying opportunities to improve workflow and service delivery
- Supervise office staff, coordinate schedules, delegate tasks, and support their performance and development
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needs, including the smooth running of the training centre
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal training logistics and HR activities
- Assist with financial admin, including invoicing, petty cash, and expense tracking in collaboration with our accounts team
- Ensure all compliance and WHS protocols are followed, particularly during group training sessions
- Act as a central point of contact for internal communications, third-party suppliers, and partner venues
- Organise and coordinate training sessions, including setup, resources, and trainer support, and participant communication
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and administrative systems. Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field are advantageous. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
Annual Salary $75,000- $80,000 + Superannuation
