Choose between our great location in San Francisco (SOMA) by the Caltrain station and close to the ballpark or our downtown Nashville, TN location. Relocation assistance provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Passion and Drive. Build and manage, frontend and backend web application components.
  • Teamwork. Collaborate with a team of highly talented engineers, designers and product managers.
  • Ownership and accountability. Write high quality code and unit test.
  • Develops effective, maintainable end-to-end code in a timely fashion.
  • Develops automated unit test cases to validate defect-free code.
  • Conducts code reviews with peers and management.
  • Shows a strong attention to development detail, produces high-quality code.

 

CORE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 or more years of full stack software development experience.
  • Deep understanding of NodeJS, HTTP, JSON and web sockets.
  • Experience writing and utilizing REST APIs, Web hooks and SOAP APIs, OAuth and Token based authentications.
  • Hands on experience integrating multiple separate systems over an industry standard protocol.
  • Experience in one or more of the following languages: Javascript, Python or Java.
  • Good understanding of MongoDB or Dynamodb, and Kafka or ActiveM
  • Familiarity with React (preferred) or Angular.
  • Some experience with: distributed systems (hadoop, cassandra, cloud platforms), AWS, Kubernetes or ECS.
  • Great to have experience in Salesforce Service cloud or Salesforce Commerce cloud, but not necessary.
  • Nice to have GraphQL, but not necessary.
  • A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design.

 

EDUCATION:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field.
