???? Join Our Team! We’re looking for a Leasing Agent with experience in mid-term and long-term stays to help fill units in our growing apartment community. If you know how to close leases, provide excellent customer service, and have experience with AppFolio or similar property management software, we want to hear from you!

???? What You’ll Do:
?? Lease apartments to prospective tenants for mid-term & long-term stays
?? Conduct property tours & convert leads into leases
?? Manage inquiries, applications, & lease agreements
?? Utilize AppFolio (or similar software) for leasing & resident management
?? Handle resident relations, renewals, & move-in/move-out processes
?? Assist with marketing & outreach to fill vacancies fast

???? Who We’re Looking For:
? Must have leasing experience (mid-term & long-term preferred)
? AppFolio or similar software experience required
? Sales-driven & excellent at closing deals
? Strong customer service & communication skills
? Organized, reliable, & able to work in a fast-paced environment
