As both an owner and developer, we manage every aspect of the real estate process, including acquisitions, development, and asset management. Our finance and accounting team plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our investments and operations.

This part-time position offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Help track expenses, revenues, and cash flow for multiple real estate assets.
• Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work closely with property managers and vendors to ensure timely payment processing.
• Assist with tax preparation, compliance, and audit-related tasks.
• Support the team in financial analysis, forecasting, and other accounting projects.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus).
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial data entry.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
