St. Anna's is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to delivering exceptional care to the community. We are currently seeking compassionate night shift care workers who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing high-quality care at our facility in Brompton.
What You Will Do:
As a Residential Care Worker, you will provide compassionate care to residents within our facility, supporting them in leading comfortable and fulfilling lives.
- Deliver personalised care tailored to each resident’s individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility support, meal assistance, and general household tasks.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes dignity, independence, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records while always ensuring confidentiality.

What You Need to Be Successful
- A relevant qualification, such as Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum one year of experience working in aged care, home care, or disability support, with the ability to demonstrate practical knowledge and person-centred care.
- A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Current clearances, including a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
- Confidence using electronic devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and relevant care management Apps or software systems.
- A genuine passion for supporting older Australians, with a respectful, caring, and empathetic approach that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
- Commitment to work night shifts, with reliability and flexibility to support clients according to their individual needs and care plan.
