With over 100 clinics and constantly growing at a rapid rate, they need to expand their finance team at the head office rapidly and looking to recruit a full-time internal accountant.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, with over 100 clinics to manage and continuing to grow as well, the Accountant will need to be across all aspects of the accounting month end process pertaining to the health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting reconciliation for the assigned Myhealth entities
  2. Month end reconciliations for the assigned Myhealth entities
  3. Monthly accounting analysis and variance reporting for the assigned Myhealth entities.
  4. Preparing financial reports and ensuring accuracy in financial information and data for Myhealth Services employment entity.
  5. Assisting in financial investigations, auditing tasks, and ensuring accounting compliance with financial regulations for the assigned Myhealth entities.
  6. Processing reviewing and reconciling Registrars Pay for the assigned Myhealth entities.
  7. Ensuring accounting compliance with payroll standards, PAYG, Payroll Tax and Super contributions

The ideal candidate:

•Tertiary qualifications relevant to accounting.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics nance and operations, Best Practice, Advanced Excel, Power BI tools, and dashboards experience necessary.

• Experience in improving accounting processes.

• Experience in implementing and rolling out accounting software within the health sector environment is essential.

• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail a plus.

• Strong organisational skills.

• Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
