Office Administrator


Looking for a part-time office administrator for a family-owned blinds business based in Malaga.

Your role will include the following duties:

  1. Answering telephone and email enquiries
  2. Directing clients around the showroom
  3. Booking appointments
  4. Preparing quotes, sales orders and invoices
  5. Accounts payable/receivable
  6. Collecting payments from customers
  7. Other data entry
  8. General administrative duties as required

Key skill requirements include:

  1. Professional attitude and presentation
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Independent and organised
  4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including phone manner
  5. Ability to work in a team environment
  6. Adept at Microsoft Office programs (Excel)
  7. Knowledge of MYOB accounting or similar software preferable (not essential)
