Salary: $79,000 plus 12% Superannuation

Our client, Red Steel Works Pty Ltd, is a prominent Perth-based company that specializes in providing reliable and high-quality steel fixing, formwork, precast labor, and scaffolding services for a diverse range of civil, industrial, commercial, and residential projects across Perth and Western Australia.

To support its continued growth and dynamic operations, the company is currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join its team. This role will be central to the smooth and efficient functioning of the business’s administrative and operational activities.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing office systems, managing personnel activities, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services to clients and stakeholders. You must possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·Plan and review office services, set priorities, and maintain service standards.

·Allocate and manage office resources, space, and equipment to support day-to-day operations.

·Supervise administrative staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance for efficiency and quality.

·Maintain office records, files, and accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date documentation.

·Coordinate with external suppliers, clients, and professional partners to ensure operational needs are met.

·Monitor and maintain the condition of office facilities, equipment, and inventory levels.

·Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

·Oversee HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination.

·Implement payroll, performance review, and office improvement systems.

·Analyze office workflow and recommend improvements to administrative procedures.

·Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure effective communication.

·Assist in budgeting and cost control related to administrative operations.

·Support senior management in ad-hoc projects and reporting tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

·Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

·Minimum one year of experience in a similar Office Manager or senior administrative role.

·Strong knowledge of office management systems, CRM platforms, and accounting software.
