The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial management, risk assessment, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

-Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

-Manage cash flow, optimize fund allocation, and reduce financial costs.

-Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

-Lead tax planning initiatives to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

-Supervise internal controls and coordinate audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management.

-Proven expertise in financial planning, risk management, and compliance.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

-Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).

-Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
