Sales & Marketing Manager:
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, building and maintaining exemplary customer relationships, and developing & implementing innovative and effective marketing strategies to promote our products and brand across the following tasks:
• Defining, developing and implementing clear sales/pricing and marketing strategies to drive sale revenue growth across the whole range of our products and services
• Increasing uptake of the company’s diverse product suite and maximise sales revenue growth;
• Defining and setting sales targets, and identifying key performance measures to best drive sales revenue growth across the suite of products and services;
• Sourcing, recruiting, training, supervising and managing sales and marketing staff to achieve sales targets and build solid customer relationships across key target markets;
• Arranging sales meetings and presenting sales and marketing strategies and methodologies, the product suite, as well as identifying customer needs and goals, and offering solutions that best define how we can achieve them meeting customers’ goals and satisfaction;
• Developing, defining and implementing sales release cycle methodologies to optimise sales take-up rates;
• Developing and implementing strategies to build and develop our brand and image as a quality world class trader and service provider;
• Developing and cultivating an exemplary customer relationship, understanding and meeting their business needs;
• Developing and implementing front-end and back-end processes and procedures to maximise the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing function;
• Analysing, evaluating and reporting the effectiveness of sales methods, budgets, and results and offering well defined changes to optimise results.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree qualification and 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role, including some international trade.
