Our team is passionate about creating a welcoming and memorable environment, and we’re looking for a hands-on manager who can inspire staff, maintain high standards, and drive service excellence across both accommodation and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of accommodation and hospitality services
2. Manage front-of-house and guest relations to ensure a seamless and premium guest experience
3. Supervise and support staff across housekeeping, reception, and F&B departments
4. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service throughout the property
5. Monitor occupancy, bookings, and guest feedback to optimise performance and guest satisfaction
6. Assist in recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management of hospitality staff
7. Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, events, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
9. Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls effectively

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Proven experience in a similar managerial role in accommodation or hospitality
2. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or business (preferred but not essential)
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
5. High level of professionalism and attention to detail
6. Experience with booking/reservation systems and property management software
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
