We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic Edison Property team. This full-time position is based in Perth.
About the Role:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio. You will act as the main point of contact for both tenants and landlords, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and managed in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Conduct routine inspections, final bond inspections, and property condition reports
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests with trades and contractors
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of rental payments
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements
- Attend tribunal hearings when required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in the property management system
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s in real estate management (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management
- Valid WA Property Management Registration
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
- Proficiency in using property management softwares (e.g., PropertyTree, Inspection Express, Outlook)
- A current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
