Wealthcrest Pty Ltd is a professional accounting and advisory firm dedicated to delivering tailored taxation, accounting, and business solutions. Our services include Business Advisory, Accounting and Taxation services, business structuring, and wealth creation strategies for individuals and SMEs.

We are currently seeking an Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis and support the delivery of accounting, compliance, and advisory services.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 per annum

Role: Full-time

Location: Bella Vista, NSW 2153

Main Duties:

1. Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and accounting records.
2. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance.
3. Conduct reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
4. Prepare and lodge taxation returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies.
5. Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards, ATO, and statutory obligations.
6. Provide financial and business advice on cash flow, profitability, and structuring.
7. Prepare BAS, IAS, and other compliance reports.
8. Liaise with regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
9. Support clients and management with business planning, growth strategies, and advisory services.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 – 3 years’ full-time relevant accounting experience.
3. Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and compliance requirements.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, MS Office).
5. Strong analytical and communication skills.
6. CPA/CA qualification or working towards membership (highly regarded).
