Content Creator (Marketing)


Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Create, schedule, and publish engaging marketing content (text, graphics, photos, and videos) across social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns to promote Finnia Asset Management’s properties, services, and brand. This includes producing content that resonates with a wide array of potential clients and partners.
  2. Plan and execute promotional strategies to support property sales, leasing, and brand expansion. Your work will raise Finnia’s visibility, attract buyers and tenants across residential and commercial sectors, and ensure effective marketing outcomes.
  3. Analyse campaign data and provide reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach. You will optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure Finnia effectively connects with its target audience and drives sales.
  4. Liaise with property managers, sales consultants, and clients to ensure marketing campaigns align with business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies and ensure messaging reflects both client needs and market demands.
  5. Support franchise development and community engagement by creating targeted marketing content that speaks directly to potential franchisees and local communities. Your role will be central in expanding Finnia’s franchise opportunities.
  6. Ensure consistency of brand positioning and compliance across all marketing channels. As Finnia continues to grow, you will protect and strengthen our brand identity, ensuring all communications remain unified, professional, and aligned with our values.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in digital content creation, marketing, or property marketing.
  2. Proven expertise in running targeted campaigns, with a focus on property sales, leasing, or real estate marketing.
  3. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, content scheduling platforms, and analytics software.
  4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proven expertise with working with Property Advocates and helping them build their brand to create inbound lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.

Pay:

  1. $75,000-$85,000 per year + super
