Global Tax Solutions (Temple Plan Management Pty Ltd) is fast-growing accounting firm based in Sydney. We are offering a range of accounting, tax, and consulting services to a diverse client base across industries, sizes both domestic and international. We are currently seeking a full-time accountant to join our amazing team. Working hours: 38hours/ week (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm).

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare and lodges tax return for individuals, partnership, company, trust.
2. Prepare BAS/IAS, and FBT
3. Prepare payroll.
4. Assisting with tax planning and business structuring
5. Prepare financial statement and management report.
6. Build and nurture strong client relationships through insightful, proactive communication.
7. Liaising with ATO, ASIC, and other external entities.
8. Assigning work to and overseeing junior accountants
9. Assisting clients with bookkeeping, and all tax, and super obligations

Skills & experience:

1. At least 1 year experience in Public Practice
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3. Strong experience with accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. A solid understanding of compliance, tax legislation, and accounting standards.
6. Recent experience in preparing tax returns, BAS and relevant ATO statutory reporting.
