Your Role

We seek an energetic, entrepreneurial leader to drive market adoption of StreamLine Platforms & Services, owning sales execution and revenue growth. Ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, ready to lead business development and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and nurture key customer relationships across industries.
  3. Own the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  4. Refine pricing, positioning, and sales strategies with leadership.
  5. Establish a scalable sales process as revenue grows.
  6. Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
  7. Partner with marketing to boost demand generation and brand awareness.

Who You Are

  1. 10+ years of Service Management software sales experience
  2. Self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  3. Entrepreneurial mindset passionate about building and scaling businesses.
  4. In-depth knowledge of enterprise service management and automation
  5. Strong experience engaging with all levels of stakeholders, including the C-suite.
  6. Experience in building and leading teams, or ambition to do so.
  7. Proficiency with HubSpot.
  8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
