Contract Administrator

We open our doors 24/7 to 1.5 million members across 500+ Australian clubs—and another 5,000 worldwide. Behind every swipe-in is a support team that makes “More Life” possible. That team works out of our national Support Office at 156–160 Murray Street, Perth WA 6000 (opposite Forrest Chase), and we’re now adding a razor-sharp Contract Administrator to keep our growth on schedule and on budget.

You will oversee all contract administration for our national network expansion—managing new-club fit-outs, refurbishments and supplier agreements from kick-off to final payment.

Key responsibilities

1.Own the full contract lifecycle for everything that keeps our clubs open and profitable: supplier agreements, construction and fit-out contracts, equipment-purchase frames, software-licence renewals and national service-level agreements.

2.Translate the needs of our core business—24-hour gym operations—into compliant, workable contracts that protect both members and the brand.

3.Work hand-in-hand with Procurement, Construction, Franchise Services and IT so every treadmill, security camera, POS integration and cleaning schedule is covered by clear, enforceable terms.

4.Maintain the master contract register for 500+ Australian clubs; track key dates, insurance certificates, variation caps and renewal options to avoid downtime or regulatory gaps.

5.Monitor performance against KPIs that matter in fitness: equipment uptime, response-to-repair SLAs, hygiene standards and carbon-footprint commitments.

6.Support new-product roll-outs (apps, wearable integrations, bio-metric access) by drafting SaaS and data-processing addenda that meet Australian privacy law.

7.Provide quick-turnaround contract advice to State Operations Managers when they negotiate local suppliers for cleaning, maintenance or marketing events.

8.Continuously improve: automate templates, e-signature workflows and spend-reporting so we stay lean as we grow.

Essential requirements

• 3+ years’ experience administering contracts in retail, real estate or multi-site operations

• Sound knowledge of Australian retail-leasing practices and standard supply-chain terms

• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Aconex, Procore or similar project/contract platforms

• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
