The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly organized, experienced, proactive, and professional Office Manager to join our team. This role works closely with the General Manager, Partners, and Senior Team Members, supporting the leadership team while overseeing daily operations across all two offices.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in accounting, commerce, or economics, who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and is passionate about operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities include
·Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the General Manager and Partners
·Organises and controls the functions and resources of our organisation
- managing records, presentations, correspondence, meeting materials and accounts of the office
- Uphold a high standard of client service across all locations.
- contribute to the planning and review of our services, and setting priorities and service standards
- Oversee daily operations across all two office locations to ensure smooth functioning.
- ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
- Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring consistency and professionalism across offices.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate inter-office communication and ensure adherence to firm-wide policies and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Key Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative leadership role, preferably in a professional service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with accounting or practice management software is an advantage.
- Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
·The ability to speak, read, and write Farsi ( Persian ) at a professional/corporate level is highly valued
due to our large base of Farsi-speaking clients.
