Excelsior Elctrical is a local company based in South Australia. We are specializing in electrical installation, heating and cooling system, maintenance and repair needs. The company has a broad portfolio in commercial, residential and industrial electrical projects, we offer a wide range of services including electrical design, general power connection, industrial equipment power installation, lighting installation, inspect the circuits and electrical systems, air conditioning installation, new house wiring, emergency testing and exit lighting, RCD testing, etc.
Key Responsibility:
·Resource Optimization & Cost Efficiency
Allocate HR, office space, and equipment based on business needs, tracking utilization to eliminate unnecessary costs.
·Team Leadership & Performance Accountability
Break down departmental goals into tasks, conduct regular performance check-ins, and provide upskilling programs to ensure team KPIs are met.
·Financial & Administrative Control
Manage office expenses, maintain audit-ready records, and implement approval workflows to mitigate financial risks.
·Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution
Collaborate with IT and legal teams to resolve issues and drive quick solutions for operational challenges.
·Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Conduct OH&S audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
·HR Operations & Talent Development
Manage HR processes, including candidate screening, promotion criteria, payroll processing, and onboarding training.
Job Requirements:
·A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Administrative Management, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields; with over 3 years of office management or administrative coordination experience. Experience in medium to large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred, and team management experience is also an advantage.
·Strong resource and cost control skills, with experience in office supplies procurement, budget preparation, and execution, able to reduce office costs while maintaining service quality.
·Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills, able to efficiently coordinate with internal departments and external partners, and possess strong oral and written communication abilities.
·Strong problem-solving and emergency response skills, able to quickly address urgent office issues and develop practical solutions, with an awareness of risk prevention.
·Familiar with administrative regulations and policies, able to implement and enforce office management systems to ensure compliance; proficient in Office software and document handling, with basic financial knowledge and experience in administrative duties.
·Bilingual proficiency will be highly regarded, as many of our clients come from diverse cultural backgrounds
