About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology & Innovation Manager (ICT) to lead TWENTY’s technology strategy and deliver new automation and digital platforms that enhance our nationwide property sales operations.

The successful candidate will oversee all ICT systems, manage development partners, and drive the integration of AI and data technologies across our service model.

This role requires onsite collaboration at our Caloundra office.

Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to design and deploy technology within the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead TWENTY’s technology and innovation roadmap from concept to deployment.
2. Oversee ICT systems architecture, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or equivalent).
3. Manage a distributed technical team and external software vendors.
4. Design and implement AI-driven automation and predictive analytics systems to simplify real estate processes.
5. Integrate data analytics tools to improve operational decision-making and customer experience.
6. Ensure ICT compliance with Australian and international privacy and data-security standards.
7. Manage budgets, project delivery, and vendor contracts.
8. Provide strategic technical leadership to management and operational teams.

Skills and Experience

1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in ICT management, software development, or digital transformation.
2. Proven experience leading technology innovation in start-up or SME environments.
3. Strong expertise in AI systems, predictive analytics, and business process automation.
4. Hands-on experience deploying machine-learning models or automation platforms into commercial systems.
5. In-depth knowledge of data security, privacy compliance (AU/EU GDPR), and cloud governance.
6. Experience managing international or multi-location development teams.
7. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
