About the Role
As our Office Manager, you’ll ensure the day-to-day operations of our office and workshop are well-coordinated. You’ll work closely with management, staff, and customers to deliver high-quality support across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Manage financial tasks such as invoicing, payroll, and budgeting.
- Use manufacturer/catalogue systems (e.g. ETKA, PartsLink) to confirm part numbers for purchase orders and job cards.
- verify part numbers and attach supporting OEM documentation (manuals/schematics) to job cards.
- Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
- Supervise reception and customer service functions.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Support marketing efforts and internal communications.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage procurement of office and workshop supplies.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in office management within the automotive or trade industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and familiarity with MechanicDesk (or similar) and parts catalogues such as ETKA/PartsLink.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
