Are you an experienced office professional with a passion for organisation and leadership? Join Melbourne Euro, a dynamic automotive business as an Office Manager, where you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

As our Office Manager, you’ll ensure the day-to-day operations of our office and workshop are well-coordinated. You’ll work closely with management, staff, and customers to deliver high-quality support across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  2. Manage financial tasks such as invoicing, payroll, and budgeting.
  3. Use manufacturer/catalogue systems (e.g. ETKA, PartsLink) to confirm part numbers for purchase orders and job cards.
  4. verify part numbers and attach supporting OEM documentation (manuals/schematics) to job cards.
  5. Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
  6. Supervise reception and customer service functions.
  7. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  8. Support marketing efforts and internal communications.
  9. Liaise with suppliers and manage procurement of office and workshop supplies.

What We’re Looking For

  1. At least 3 years of experience in office management within the automotive or trade industry.
  2. Strong organisational and communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in office software and familiarity with MechanicDesk (or similar) and parts catalogues such as ETKA/PartsLink.
  4. Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
