The Role:

Our client is seeking to employ a Surveyor who is passionate about precision, innovation, and making a real impact in the world of surveying to join their dynamic team. As a Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in leading surveying projects from inception to completion. You will utilise your expertise in surveying methodologies, cutting-edge technology, and project management to deliver accurate and timely results. Collaborating closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance, resolve challenges, and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage surveying projects, topographic surveys, construction & civil, and as-built/ADAC surveys.
2. Conduct and oversee fieldwork utilising advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
3. Analyse survey data, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations to clients.
4. Mentor surveyors and technicians, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
5. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in surveying, with a track record on complex projects.
3. Proficiency in surveying software such as 12d, Magnet, and/or Trimble Business Center.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
6. SBQ Registration (preferred).
